The sustainable paper cup Future Smart™ wins Vending Star 2019 award in category ‘Auxiliary devices used to operate vending machines’ at euvend & coffeena fair.
The fair organiser Koelnmesse and the German Vending Association (BDV) as the industry sponsor of the fair have awarded Vending Stars to the industry’s best innovations since 2007.
Huhtamaki Future SmartTM paper cup is the first 100% renewable paper cup made from 100% plant-based materials. The paperboard is sourced from PEFC certified, sustainably managed forests. Future Smart paper cups are recyclable and the inside lining of the cup is made of plant-based PE.
The Future Smart material is suitable for hot and cold drinks as well as for ice cream and take-away foods.
