Ms. Seema Modi, Independent Director

Ms. Seema Modi is a post-graduate in Organic Chemistry from Mumbai University and completed her MBA at Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai. She is presently holding position as Director – Commercial, Marketing, Supply chain and Display at Trent Hypermarket Pvt. Ltd. She has close to 30 years of experience in reputed organizations like Heinz, Parle and Colgate. She has also worked as Marketing Director at Global level with Heinz ASEAN, Heinz ABC (Indonesia) and was first Women Managing Director for Heinz India Private Limited. During her stint with Heinz she has won many awards for driving growth with the most notable one being H.J. Heinz Chairman’s Award 2010 for Driving Consistent Double Digit Growth. She also holds Independent Director position in SEAMEC Ltd. She was appointed as  an Independent Director of the Company w.e.f 1st January 2020.
